Rabbit Sale Policy

All sales are FINAL!  3H Rabbitry is not responsible for any rabbit or rabbits after they leave our care. After we leave our designated meeting place, refunds will NOT be given for any reason. Once a rabbit leaves our possession the buyer takes full responsibility for the health, care, and housing of their new rabbit.

The buyer is responsible for looking over the rabbit or rabbits for any disqualification at the time of delivery. 

We do our best to sell our rabbits to good homes. We have the right to refuse anyone from buying our rabbit/s if we feel the rabbit is not going to a good home or cannot be properly cared for. Please be mindful of any animals you have, especially cats and dogs. Rabbits are prey animals. If any of your animals hurt your new rabbit, we are not responsible for that rabbit. No refunds.

We are a closed Barn. We are not open to the public; you can make inquiries about any of our rabbits through Facebook or email. No Mini Lop will leave our barn before 12 weeks old. NO EXCEPTIONS! We do not use transport! We do offer a limited delivery of our rabbits only for a fee, delivery fees are nonrefundable We will not deliver any of our rabbits without a deposit.

You may not change the pedigree or tattoo in the rabbit’s ear. It must stay the same as on the pedigree.

 Anyone under the age of 18 requires parental permission. Parents of underage children must contact the owner of 3H Rabbitry before purchasing a rabbit from us.

We accept Venmo and Cash App. If there are any processing fees charged from Venmo or Cash App, the charges will be added to what you owe at pick-up.

All sales are first come, first served.

We will hold rabbits for up to 2 weeks with a 50% deposit and the deposit will go toward the final cost of the rabbit. We will not hold any rabbit without a deposit. When we met at the designated spot we agreed that if the rabbit does not meet your expectations, we will refund the deposit. However, if you change your mind, do not show up at the designated meeting spot, or pick up in the 2-week period, your deposit is non-refundable. We will then find the rabbit a new home.

Rabbits are often difficult to determine gender at a young age. We will do our absolute best to determine the gender, but sometimes mistakes can be made. We do encourage anyone who is buying a rabbit from our rabbitry to check the rabbit before you purchase. You can also ask us to recheck the rabbit in front of you. If there is a mistake in determining gender, there will be no refunds.

We genuinely care very much for our rabbits, and we do our best to sell show-quality rabbits. The buyer is expected to look over the rabbit at the time of purchase for any faults and disqualifications. We cannot guarantee a winning rabbit, as there are too many variables involved. We do not guarantee reproduction ability, or quality of offspring, as this depends on many different factors.

Please do your research and find the right rabbit for you, as rabbits can be an 8+ year commitment. There are many types and breeds of rabbits, and they all have different personalities. They are not considered a “low maintenance” pet. Rabbits do require us to refill their hay several times a day, clean and refill water bowls, keep their living area clean, trim their nails, brush, and much more that comes with owning a rabbit. With this, please love your rabbit. They love being petted, held, brushed, and talked to.
